Add a 'next/previous' button feature to cycle through row content

I am logging this on behalf of multiple CMS users who have informally requested this. This would programatically provide 'next' and 'previous' buttons to allow users to cycle through the single pages/courses of their rows without the need to revisit the prospectus overview.
